Market Place GENERAL INFORMATION

LOCATION: Miller’s Landing on the Riverfront,  151 Freedom Park Rd , Omaha, Nebraska

FESTIVAL DATES & HOURS

         Friday, August 23^rd – 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm

         Saturday, August 24^th – 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

SET-UP HOURS:

        Thursday, August 22^nd – 8:00 am to 7:00 pm                                                      

         Friday, August 23^rd – 8:00 am to 3:00 pm

BREAK-DOWN HOURS

         Sunday, August 25^th – 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

ADMISSION:

The OMAHA FIRE FEST is the first showcase of its kind in the area, with Advanced General Admission Tickets at $5 with Children under 12 being FREE! The Festival will also be selling ticket packages in advance for $15 that will include admission and 10 tickets for Chili, drinks from our Beer Gardens & rides for the kids. The day of the event the General Admission ticket will be $10.

POWER PROMOTION:

The Event utilizes a Multi-Media Promotional Mix with television, radio, and newsprint coverage as well as several promotions including print and point-of-purchase displays.

CONTINUOUS ENTERTAINMENT:

The “OMAHA FIRE FEST” will bring a wide variety of fiery arts and performances that promise to draw a large crowd. This community celebration will be a chance for families to enjoy delicious foods and award winning chili, hot area bands, amazing fire performances, a KidZone & features throughout the Festival.

MARKETPLACE EXHIBIT SPACE RENTAL:

The “OMAHA FIRE FEST” Marketplace Exhibit Space is broken down into 10′ wide x 10′ deep area with each space provided an 8′ table. Exhibit Space will be subject to review and assigned on a First-come, First-served basis. If you cannot fit your display into a 10’x10’ area you will need to rent more space.

TOTAL MARKETPLACE EXHIBIT SPACE RENTAL:

The “OMAHA FIRE FEST” Marketplace Exhibit Space Rental is $250.00 per 10’ wide x 10’ deep area.
